Windows 10: Is it possible ONLY 1 user side on the laptop is in Safe mode?

    Is it possible ONLY 1 user side on the laptop is in Safe mode?


    There are 3 accounts on the laptop, 2 are working as normal and the 3rd one is struggling and to me it looks like it is in safe mode? Is that possible, I always thought that safe mode is valid for the whole machine!
    Any ideas are welcome plz

    Is it possible to download only the installation files and upgrade when i required, that is after July 29 ?

    if reserved it will download in the background then notify
    you when its ready to install. you install it when you are ready.

    I have a genuine windows 7 pro edition. I like to reserve windows 10 free upgrade, but i wanted to upgrade when i required. Is it possible to download only the installation files and upgrade when i required, that is after July 29 ?

    That is not possible. The selection between normal and safe mode occurs early in the boot process before any user has logged in. What you are seeing may appear like safe mode must be something quite different. As I have no idea what you are seeing I can't even guess as to the cause.

    My first guess is the third account is either a guest account or a standard account not having been set up from A-Z yet; my admin is like that, I use my normal account so much that my admin does not have near the desktop and tray icons my normal acct has. I'm a Windows 7 Pro user, so a question: does W10 use Themes like Windows 7 uses Themes?
