Windows 10: Is it possible that Excel open a dialogue window on the second screen?

Hi, I have a PC with Windows 10 and Office 365. Once, I was using 2 monitors but not anymore. Is it possible that my system remember that second monitor and try to put some elements there? I remember having lost my Notepad application. At that time I had 2 monitors configured but most of the time the #2 was off. One day, I wanted to open Notepad. It looked like it opened ok but was nowhere to be found. Only the button on the taskbar was there to show me Notepad was active. And it took me a while to realise that it simply was on the second screen. At the moment, my configuration is for one moni

I just updated to



Office 365.

No changes.

I don't see any changes in 1902 insider as well.

Maybe, if you would try to create a number of new files with long names, so the list of 'Recent' would be more populated, then you might get the vertical scroll bar (like me) and then get the same effect?

That is puzzling!

In my limited knowledge, I'm guessing that space may be reserved for a 'Tools' pane or something else, but, on the recent files page? Perplexing!

My only suggestion is to set your MouseHoverTime to a much smaller value as to have a 'Tooltip' show almost immediately...
