Windows 10: Is it possible to add a microsoft account from the sign in screen

I recently purchased a new computer. During the initial windows setup I was prompted to log in to my microsoft account. When I tried to do so, I was given a message saying that my account was locked due to unusual activity, but I was allowed to continue with the setup anyway. I wish I had paid more attention to what I was clicking through, but at the time I didn't think it would be an issue. After reaching the desktop I shut off the computer. The next time I turned on the computer I was asked to log in to the microsoft account.The problem is I am unable to log in to the account. I created the

• Is this the only account on the computer?
• Was this account upgraded from previous version of Windows?

It looks like you are using a local account. I suggest you follow these steps:

• Click on search in taskbar and type account.
• Click on Accounts.
• Now, under Your account, click on Sign in with Microsoft account instead.
• Enter your Local account password for confirmation and then follow the screen instruction.
• Enter User name credentials for your the new Microsoft account and click OK.

Cannot sign in microsoft account.

My device: Lumia 520. GDR2.
I cannot sign in my Microsoft account on my device. It didnt say any error but Microsoft account is not listed in Email and account list. When I click add button, it will show microsoft account option but after press sign in, it is still not shown in email
and account. Another problem is i cannot delete facebook account. Error code: 0x83cf1202. I have tried as suggested here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2475837/en-us#step0x83cf1202 but as my Microsoft account is not shown, I cannot do step 6.

Any suggestion?

I have Windows 10 Pro since its release. Today, I decided to switch the email account for the computer administrator account. The following steps outline the sequence of events;

1. I logged in as a local account.
2. Clicked on Sign in with a Microsoft account instead
3. Followed the steps prompted. I entered my email of choice and the corrected password, then verified through the authenticator app.
4. I was asked to enter the password again, and now I am getting an error message that the password is incorrect
   but the password is correct 100%
5. Researched possible solutions
   • Used the English (United States) keyboard
   • Used on-screen keyboard
   • Reverting to Windows 7 is not possible as I never had it on my laptop
   • Reset my password
     • Nth worked

Please help me sign to my email account on this computer as an administrator
