    Is It Possible to Block All "Malicious Software Removal Tool" Updates?

    Yes. You can disable its updates. I have done so on several computers without any side-effects.
    Disable Malicious Software Removal Tool From Installing - WinAero

    The tool itself remains on the computer [C:\Windows\System32\MRT.exe] but it never does anything unless you deliberately run it so disabling its updates is sufficient.
