    is it possible to change drag range of windows in windows 10?


    i was wondering if there is a work around to change the limitation on dragging windows in windows 10? there was at least one user who confirmed the same issue in the webpage below, mentioning that unless you hold left click and drag from the very top, then you're not able to drag it in other areas such as trying to do so from slightly lower or on the bottom and possibly sides if there is distinguished areas. it is mentioned in the part of "The Solution: The Cursor Must be at the Very Top of the Window":
