Windows 10: Is it possible to change MS/Windows region and buy apps/music/movies?

Hey,

I would like to know if is it possible to change my Microsoft account region to USA and buy apps, music and movies from the store and also office 365 and so on...

I also would like to know if is it will make any problem if my location is for example India and use USA Microsoft account

and of course how to do it.

Yeah, of course, i'll stay in UK region. I really hope they enable region changing of marketplace registered accounts or i'll be forced to use sideloading. I've got money ready to buy apps and music, and they are so slow in bringing it.

it is possible to buy apps from the market place using a credit card from ghana?

anytime i try to use my credit card......they ask for my state & postal code.but im in ghana.without the state & postal code i cannot purchase any apps.......what should i do?

 

I thought most hardware devices allow up to five region changes; I don't know how the Windows would work.

 

I want to change my account not devices so I will be able to pay with my paypal and buy groove music pass and get the full USA experience from bing rewards...

 

I'd think it may not be possible due to the ability of a computer program to track all the servers a request for purchase or download has to go through to get data from point A to point Z. As far as I've seen, changing the regions up to 5 times applies mostly to playing of movie DVDs but the last change remains permanent for that installation of Windows. And then there's the Export and Import laws of countries that will get in the way, for example there are laws prohibiting Exporting some programs out of the USA.

It may or may not work.
But it's probably not legal, as @Berton mentioned (because it's most likely illegal to attempt to bypass geographic restrictions on exporting software and other products).

Because of the forum's piracy policy, I don't think you'll find anyone here willing to endorse such an approach.
