  1. Is it possible to change the speaker volume using my wired headphones volume controller?

So I have a bose companion speakers and a bose gaming headset. My speakers are set up way back in my PC table which is sometimes hard for me to change volumes manually since i have to reach for it at the back. Now i have a bose gaming headset as well which comes with a desktop controller for volume which i put close to me for ease of access in changing the volume settings. How possible is it when I'm switching to speakers and i want to change the volume settings using the desktop controller from my headset? Can I sync the them both so that when I adjust my volume settings on my headset it also

    :)

Volumes for headphones and speakers are separate

I have a Dell Latitude E6320, I just recently upgraded to windows 10 but I noticed that the volumes of the speakers and headphones are not synced together so when I change the volume on the headphones I have to change the volume of the speakers separetly
when I pull out the headphones before upgrading I was able to change the volume of the headphones and speakers together at the same time. How do I restore that?
