Windows 10: is it possible to check when your laptop has been startup?

wonder if there is any log to check these things?

check that what time the laptop startup and what it did.

• Choose Command Prompt (Admin).
• Click Yes if you are prompted for access. (Let us know if you are unable to go through.)
• Once you have the Command Prompt window, type net user then press
  Enter.
• Take note of the accounts that appear. Also, check if your current account is set as admin.
