Windows 10: Is it possible to delete a locked thread?

Hey all, I was wondering if it is possible to delete a locked thread. Specifically this one https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/update-i-cant-even-load-windows/d6f2c4ac-7e5e-46ab-9cda-9b7a7c16ab8f I overreacted and now this post haunts me, haha. Is it possible to get this deleted? Note: Mods feel free to move this to the appropriate category if needed.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

My problem is in viewing youtube vdeos the picture zooms to a small part of the picture as soon as play is pressed.

One suggestion somewhere was that the thread was locked which I dont understand and that I should unlock it to access overlay????
