Windows 10: Is it possible to have 2 different audio sources played on 2 different devices?

For example i have a song on youtube playing, firefox, and i want to watch a twitch livestream on chrome with headphones. But at the same time i want the music to be played on my stereo system.

Is that possible? If so, how?

Possible to run 2 instances of the same app while using a different audio output with each?

I know that Windows 10 has a setting where people can select which audio output device is used for which app. I'm wondering if it's possible to run 2 instances of the same app (for example, a video game) and have each instance output its audio to a different
source. Specifically, the scenario I'm dealing with is that I'm trying to run a game on my PC, with 2 Xbox controllers connected, and each player has their own sound for the game.

While running both instances, if I go into Sound Settings -> App volume and devices preferences, then scroll through the list, I did indeed see an entry for each instance of the game that's currently running. However, changing the audio output for one
of them affects both.

Play sound through 2 usb devices

Hello, i was wondering if I am able to play sound through 2 different usb headsets. I know you can do it with the default computer sound source and a headset. But I'm looking to have sound coming through 2 separate headsets. The stereo mix setting only allows
for a head jack speaker and a different audio source. So that has not been working for what I am trying to do. Any other ideas?
