Windows 10: Is it possible to have different taskbar icon sizes on dual monitors?

HI,I have a problem with my second screen which makes it impossible to see the icons at the bottom. I would like to solve that by using larger icons, but only on the second monitor.Is this possible?I'm not looking for two rows of icons with a larger taskbar, but rather a single row but with much larger icons e.g. twice the height. In fact, if I could configure the height myself, that would be even better.Thanks,L

Dual Monitors Different "Sizes"

I have two 27" monitors that are are of the same physical size but of different resolutions - 1080p and 1440p. These are being run through an RTX3060Ti so max resolution supported is 7680x4320, way above what I am displaying.

When I open display and set them to their native resolutions they show as different size boxes. This creates two main issues for me:

1. Screen alignment is out. With the digital tops aligned the digital bottom of the 1080p monitor is roughly 1/4 up from the digital bottom of the 1440p. The physical top and bottom are in line.
   
2. Dual screen background pictures are all sorts of misaligned/scaled
   

Ignoring my portrait reading monitor on the right, I am referring to Displays 3 & 1.





Am I missing a setting here or doing something silly as I cannot seem to get these to align short of changing monitor 1 to 1080p (then they all size correctly)

 

Taskbar - Dual Monitors taskbar programs task size are unproportional

I have a dual monitor setup with a Surface Pro 4. The size of the program tasks on taskbar for the dual monitors is unproportional compared to the taskbar on my Surface Pro 4. The scaling of the dual monitors is 100% whereas the scaling on the Surface Pro
4 is at 200% which is recommended. I also have the "Combine taskbar buttons" set to "never" for the main display and multiple displays.

The dual monitors are a Dell 2709W set at 1920x1200. The monitors are both 27 inches in size and were sold by Dell in 2009. In order for the program tasks on the taskbar to be similar in size on both the Surface Pro 4 and the 2x2709W's, the scaling must
be set at 100% for all 3 displays in Control Panel. Only when the labels for the program tasks in enabled does the unproportional size of the program tasks appear.
