Windows 10: Is it possible to put my existing Windows 10 on a flash drive and use the same license key...

I’m building a new pc and I want to reuse my same Windows 10 key to save as much money as possible. I want to know if it’s possible for me download Windows 10 on a flash drive, and then when I boot up the new pc, if it will take me to the Windows 10 installation set up. I initially had the disk, but my dad unknowingly threw it, and a lot of other extra pieces from the pc away. I only have the license key, but not the box or disk.

Thanks but I don't want to do any decrypting. I want to download a Win 10 ISO from Microsoft and install it using my Win 8 key. No other steps required. Is that possible?

Google and download the "Windows 10 media creation tool"

Create a USB flash drive ISO and that's all you need...it will work without needing a key..
Just skip past entering a key during full install and delete all partitions, format, create new drive and install...

As long as you have upgraded from Windows 8 first...you need to do that prior to using your Windows 8 key for 10.

Dude, go to Newegg right now and read the questions and answers tab on Windows 10 OEM. The OEM copies that are listed there DO in fact, come on an optical disc. The flash drive ONLY comes on Retail copies.
