Windows 10: Is it possible to see past passwords/PIN used?

I saw there is like a PIN history, but you can turn it on so it saves PINs changed in the future, but is it possible to find from the past? Like the very previous one?

• Click Start menu and go to Settings.
• In Settings, click the Accounts icon.
• Click on Sign-in options.
• Change both your password and pin one by one.

Have PIN for Windows 10 but need Windows password

Is it possible not to enter the password/PIN at Window startups?

You may have missed a step. After the un-check, click apply, then the next screen will ask for the Pasword twice. Enter and OK. Then OK again. That should do it.
