Windows 10: Is it real to disable mica effect optimizations?

Hello. Recently i got the problem with mica effect. So i usually use two windows at one screen but mica is only working for the active window, not all the visible windows on the screen : So i wanted to ask is there any way to disable mica optimizations? I hope there must be some regedit tweak. Am i right?

How to disable the 'optimal resolution notification' in win 10

Hello,

To fix this issue, first try to disable optimal resolution with these steps:

• Right click on the on the empty area on the Desktop.
• Select Graphics options > Balloon Notification > Optimal Resolution Notification > Disable.
