Windows 10: Is it safe to click go back even after 10 days in win 11?

I wanted to go back to win 10 from 11 as I am facing performance issues and bugs despite Good system resources, and I went to Recovery settings and I have found the go back option still enabled even after 2-3 months of upgrading. Is it safe to go back? Will my data be erased? Which Version is Better for me now? I need MS Office apps a lot and I use Softwares like Zoom, VS Code, Visual Studio, Video editing softwares, Animating and drawing softwares, photo editing softwares and I need my pc a lot.

Cannot Enter Safe Mode / Computer boots normally

I'm running Win 10 Pro 1903.

Here are the steps I have taken to get into safe mode: Start button, settings, update and security, recovery, advanced startup, troubleshoot, advanced options, startup settings, restart. The computer boots normally, not in safe mode. Any suggestions would be most helpful. Thanks in advance for your help and interest. .

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Internet Explorer. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Explorer.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel

• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Internet Explorer performance troubleshooter
