    Is it safe to delete any file with "Bluetooth" in its title e.g. all that come up using the...


    "Bluetooth" very occassionally worked; currently only works in sending files to an Apple computer; after every option has been tried about thrice it's apparent that there is a hardware failure and since it is a low storage device I'd like to get rid of any useless stuff. I've deleted the driver; the other files seem to take up little data so this is partly an educational excercise.

    Can I delete this unknown file safely?

    Well then simply erase (Shift + Del) the $RECYCLE.BIN folder of that drive, I just find it odd that Windows doesn't pick up the drive's recycle bin when you connect it.
    And yes it's completely safe to delete the whole $RECYCLE.BIN folder, it wont affect any of the other files/folders on the drive, and whenever you delete (Del) another file it will be re-created.
