Windows 10 Safe Mode - No Sound

v: Windows 10 Pro 20H2 - All current updates applied.

I have installed the registry patch (below) hoping that Win 10 safe mode would provide sound just like Win 7 safe mode did...... NOT SO !!

Just one more thing that Mcrosont broke in Win 10. Is there anyone in Redmond that can do things correctly?

If a Microsoft Quality Control organization does exist, then it's obvious that it has NO teeth !!!

    Registry patch:

If there's any of you out there who have sound in Win 10 safe mode, then I'm very curious as to how you're doing it?
