  2. Deleting a folder from AppData LocalLow?

    Hi,

Kayece here, An Independent advisor and a user just like you. I will be happy to assist you today.

You can delete them but some local, localLow, and roaming folders can affect the system or remove some program or game settings and it will unable to use or open those programs and games.

But since the game is working fine and there is no error on the system after deleting the LocalLow folder from the game then it is fine. It only deletes files on the game that can be populated again after opening and playing the game. I suggest next time, transfer or move the local, localLow, and roaming folders you wanted to delete to other location and start the game. If the game is working fine or do not have any error on the system, then you could delete the folder.

Hope this helps. If you need more assistance, let me know.

    Stay Safe!

Deleting a folder from AppData LocalLow?

Hi, I was having an issue with a game and I read online to go to the AppData folder, LocalLow folder and delete the folder inside there with the game name on after uninstalling the game.

I did this and the LocalLow repopulated with the folder again and the game works well now.

Did I do any damage to my system? Online I see that whilst the folder in LocalLow had the game name on, deleting it could affect other apps and files? Is this true?

    Do I need to worry?

    Thanks!
