Windows 10: is it safe to delete these user environmental variables?

Discus and support is it safe to delete these user environmental variables? in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; is it safe to delete one of these? Path, TEMP or TMP.     How to recover Environmental Variables that were deleted

    To clarify, I deleted everything from the path/environmental variables settings.. i know that was a huge mistake but i've been having BSOD errors and i thought maybe this would solve it.

    I am unable to perform the clean boot due to not being able to access system configuration. It's as if it's gone. Same applies to command prompt, powershell, task manager, event viewer + other apps. Their icons have all disappeared and when I try to search for them, they appear in the search with a generic icon on the list but an error pops up upon clicking.

    I tried the second method using command prompt in safe mode. The desktop doesn't load in the admin profile, just black screen but strangely enough, the command prompt works.

    Modify System Environmental Variables

    Dear staff! I need to modify the System Environmental Variables (specifically the PATH variable) from my local user (already set as administrator but these options are still greyed out for me), in order to setup Android Studio together with Flutter component.
    I already tried this from the Administrator account of the PC but that still doesn't make Flutter recognize Android Studio's SDK. I couldn't find a solution online. Windows version: 10 Home edition
