Windows 10: is it - the corruptedoutdated dll-s?!

have run Sigcheck -u -e in system32 Folder,result is that :direct 9 dll is of 1905 year& intelr display adapter elements - of 2013 while installed intelr display driver 2020but PC is of 2013 acquiredbought end January 2014i guess these intel dlls maybe related with VGA display driver pre-installed or malware?! as have accidentally installed French intel display driver instead of English & didnt change since

The problem is, that the required DLL is not actually even listed there.
There are just dozens of download adware links from the top to the bottom.

Why don't I just go back and indicate that on my original post? That way there's access to the 'step-by-step' instructions, which are accessed via those green 'plus' signs next to the topics.

  What application does the .dll belongs to?

  Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling the software?

  Aside from downloading and installing the .dll file, what other troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
