Windows 10: Is LSA not showing up still a bug?

I have searched all over and it seems LSA not showing up was fixed with a Windows update sometime in March.I have updated my windows to the latest update and reboot many times but the toggle still does not show.I tried to find it in event viewer under Windows, a post suggested, but I could not find anything. I could not have done it correctlyIs this still a confirmed bug or has something actually stopped working within my system?

Follow-Up on LSA Bug Resolved by In-Place Repair - Bug Returning on Boot-up after System Shutdown

This question is to follow-up my previous question about an LSA bug that I asked for help on previously. The bug is an alert to turn on my LSA protection and then restart my system, but Windows Security apparently does not register when I perform a system restart, so the LSA alert remains. The advice I previously received that seemed to resolve my issue was to perform an in-place repair by re-installing from a Windows 11 ISO that I download via a Windows Media Creation Tool EXE file. Doing so resolved the bug in the Windows Security alert, so I had marked that question resolved, but I later found that after I shutdown my system and reboot, the alert bug returned again. This thread outlines all of the suggestions I've been given, and I have tried all of them without success in resolving this issue.

In addition, I'm not sure if this is relevant, but in the time since the bug returned, I've been alerted to restart my computer to complete a recent update (i.e., via the orange dot alert on the shutdown/restart options in the start menu). I opted to restart, but after doing so, the alert remained, as if either my system never actually performed a restart or it didn't register the fact that I just did a restart. I then clicked the shutdown option instead, and that seemed to work in completing the update (though doing a shutdown and boot-up instead of a restart does nothing to resolve my issue with the LSA bug).

LSA Protection

What I am seeing within the Core Isolation is the following

1. Memory Integrity
   
2. Memory Access Protection
   
3. Vulnerable Driver Blocklist
   

Are all of the above parts of the LSA system? If so are all supposed to be toggled on?

Thanks for the resources! I ran an SFC scan, and some files were found to be corrupted and got repaired. After that, I did an in-place repair again to fix the LSA bug, but this time when I did a reboot again, the LSA bug did not come back. Crossing my fingers now that it'll stay this way.
