    Why can I not log into my Health Vault to enter and view my data? MS keeps asking to verify my identity, which I have done multiple times! MS ask for my cell phone number to send a text, than it does not allow me to use my cell phone number. This is totally
    ridiculous! A home PC with MS software not allowing me to use my important applications. If it come down to computers and software controlling your life, it is time to throw both of them into the trash. I used to be able to log into MS Health Vault, up date
    my info, store it, print it and have it available for my doctors. What ever security measures you put into place is not allowing me to access my own information. Please correct this anomaly!
