Auto play feature not working in Movies & TV app

• When you say, “Clicking Autoplay doesn't work” do you receive any error code/message?

Help with Movies & TV app problems on Windows 10 and check if that makes any difference.

Method 2:

How to play a movie?

Hi,

To better isolate your concern, we would like to verify few things:

• Which Windows movie platform are you currently using?
• Do you get any error message upon playing the movie?
• Have you made any recent changes or update in your computer?
• What troubleshooting steps have you tried?

Cortana's play the movie game doesn't always work properly.

@Nitesh_Kumar: I am also facing the same problem wherein I play a movie game with Cortana and then it asks "Do you want play another one?" where I respond with a "Yes" but it instead searches "Yes" in Bing.

Also sometimes I am guessing the movie name, instead it navigates to Bing search and displays search results for that guessed phrase word.

I have tried the procedure mentioned by you above, it was not helpful.

As I notice the above two problems are widespread for all users and are not one off case.

Microsoft kindly suggest a solution for this, it is embarrassing when we are showing this innovative game to others.
