  1. Is Microsoft support always this bad?

We had a hacking issue via skype on xmas day and both my wife and myself had to close our microsoft accounts linked to skype. It took Microsoft 4 weeks to reset mine and my wife's is still not reset. Support hung up on me numerous times presumably because they could not do/tell me anything positive and there are only so many times one can fill in the same "can you do something" online form and maintain any optimism about a response.

Is it just me or is this the typical microsoft support level I should expect?

Is there someone I can contact that will do anything useful? any help/suggestion gratefully received.. I am out of options.. and patience..

    :)

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

  3. B3 Phenom support

I checked gigabyte's site on my GA-M57 and it didn't say anything about b3 stepping update, but all of the x3 chips are b3 steppings, so just use the x3 support bios if available.

How to remove a bad drive in Windows 10 storage spaces pool

Could someone list the steps involved in replacing a bad drive from a Windows 10 storage spaces pool? I cannot find any info on the Microsoft support site that is specific to Windows 10. Also, could you list the steps to remove a 'good' drive and replace
it with another drive if the process is different?
