Is Microsoft working on a fix for Update KB5034441 or do the slightly computer illiterate of us have to try to do the manual fix?

Many users have reported experiencing the same issue with the KB5034441 security update. Microsoft is aware of the problem and is actively working on fixing it. Devices attempting to install the January 2024 Windows Recovery Environment update ( KB5034441) might display an error related to the size of the Recovery Environment's partition.

I have attempted all 'solutions' to expanding the memory size and such;

three IT specialists have tried the same on the computers I use, that have Windows 10

Nothing is working.

Can someone please help?

Hide the update to stop the annoyance of repeated failed installations. You can download the Show/Hide Tool here.

Download wushowhide - MajorGeeks

Run the tool. Select Hide. Updates will appear that you can select to ignore. Check their box, then Next.

After you restart your PC, the update kb5034441, and any others you selected, will not appear.

You can always unhide later when Microsoft prepares the fix.
