Windows 10: Is mojang really developing their own game-wide banning system for minecraft?

Hi, i heard from someone that mojang js actually taking the initiative and stopping hackers both on java and bedrock by banning their mojang/microsoft/minecraft accounts if they are caught hacking by either being monitored on the servers they play, or by player reports and videos. I do not know the validity of these claims, and if they are true, i would be glad cause then less than 50% of known hackers will even play the game anymore. This would be great, and i think that mojang would be giving other players the freedom they deserve without hackers ruining their winning streaks on pvp servers.
