Windows 10: Is MS IME utilize iFlyPlatform.exe or iFlyInput.exe?

Hi,There is a detection of iFlyPlatform.exe running in one of windows laptop. The exe file can be seen connecting to external site. Whenever we try to remove/uninstall the file, the file seems doesn't want to be removed. After looking through the file and directory, it shows that Microsoft IME might be utilizing the exe file. May I know if MS IME are utilizing any external service, especially through iFlyPlatform.exe or iFlyInput.exe?

Trying to download Chrome browser (exe file)

when trying to open, prompts open with and list programs to open with

will not allow exe file.

 

I changes .exe (Default) files data value, and now I can't open .exe files. Can anyone tell me the normal data value for .exe?
