Windows 10: Is my computer actually resetting?

Hi, I have a Concept D acer laptop that I got like 2 years ago and today it decided it was done. My PC was having problems with its graphics cards for awhile where after closing certain apps, specifically Fortnite, Roller coaster tycoon, Adobe premiere, Adobe stager, or davinci resolve, sometimes the computer would freeze, slow down, or blue screen, so I’d figure I’d reset it after my school semester was over. However today, while I was working in photoshop, the computer froze so I hard shut it down by holding down the power button, but then it wouldn’t boot into windows. It would freeze at th

Is there a good guide out there on actually assembling the new rig?

List your system specs (All of the parts you're using), putting a computer together isn't very difficult. I can give you some steps on doing it no problem.
