Windows 10: Is my graphics card bad or ssd or windows

Whenever I try to change my hz on the monitor to 144hz it black screens and stops displaying but the pc stays on. sometimes when I turn the pc on it will load into the login screen of windows for a second then freeze then black screen. And then I'll load into the recovery mode and run a system check and it will say C:\windows\system32\logfiles\srt\srttrail.txt error.Is there anyway to fix this or is it my gpu as I only have 2 days to return it for it being faulty or is it my storage.The pc specs are a rx6600 amd5600x 16gb ram 1tb nvme 650w power supply. Your computer makes a noise or beeps from your internal speaker because it failed to detect the graphics card. What we can suggest is for you to try cleaning your graphics card with a pencil eraser. Here are the steps below:

• Turn your computer off.
• Pull out your video/graphics card.
• Rubbed the cold contacts with soft pencil eraser.
• Connect your video/graphics card back to the computer.

Kindly note that this is just a temporary fix. If the case still continues, I suggest that you contact your graphics card's manufacturer.

The error might occur if the Graphic card is cannot update the driver automatically.

I suggest you to update the graphic card manually by following the steps below:

• Press Windows key + X and click on
  Device manager.
• Expand Display Driver from the list.
• Right click on the Graphic driver and select
  update driver software.

Also, can download the latest version of the graphic card from the manufacturer website.
