Is my laptop corrupted? How do I fix it?

So, right now I feel as if my laptop has corrupted files. Before this happened I thought of downloading something from the Microsoft store. But, it would not let me and fail. Then I just tried to reset the Microsoft store, once I did that my laptop kept going into these black screens after each reset or shutdown.&

    :)

If no corrupted system files were found in the previous state, then I suggest you to try the following steps:

    • In command prompt, type the following commands and press Enter after each command:
    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
