Windows 10: Is my laptop MPP compatible?

My HP laptop's product name is HP Laptop 15-dy2xxx and I cannot find much about it anywhere.. is it MPP compatible? Its not a notebook or a 2-in-1 foldable laptop, its just a touchscreen laptop. In my settings it does mention pen and Windows Ink which leads me to be;ieve it IS MPP compatible, but I want to know for sure before purchasing an HP pen.

MPP upgrade to 2.0

I have a pen that runs MPP 2.0, but my Dell 2in1 runs MPP 1.5, so the pen's tilt function does not work. Is there a way to upgrade the computer to 2.0?

I recently bought a Bamboo Ink (2019) and have an Asus laptop that is currently installed with Windows 10. I've researched and my laptop has MPP and 'touch support and 10 touch points'. I've tried using my pen and restarting my laptop but it's not working. I've tried it on another laptop, and it worked perfectly fine. I have no idea what's going on and this is the second time I've purchased a pen and it isn't working.

If anyone knows anything that might help, please let me know.
