Windows 10: is my laptop over

i recently downloaded a app that costed money, made an account and it asked me for a pin, i didn't know it meant the pin to get into my laptop so i changed it to the same pin it was before without knowing. then went off my laptop after the app was installed and when i went back on it, it said my pin wasn't available and that i had to reset it, but when i click on reset pin it doesn't work and nothing happens. i swapped sign in option to password but have no idea what my password is and i tried multiple combinations of what it could've been which none worked. when i tried to reset password, i

Laptop with broken screen How much?

I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd
