Windows 10: Is my pc free from this virus?

Yesterday, I somehow got a trojan virus Trojan:Win32/Doplik. Windows Defender quarantined it for me and i chose the action to remove it duh, but I still have this feeling that it isn't still free from that malware. Though I want to get a second opinion here and want anyone smarter then me to tell me if what I did is pretty for my pc is guaranteed malware free or I still need to do some other steps to make sure of it.The actions i performed:Scanned on command prompt SFC /scannow. It found no threats.Scanned with Windows Defender quick and full scan. It found no threats.Downloaded Malwar

I was hoping someone could give me a list of step by step instructions you use as a guide to clean virus, malware...etc. so I can keep my PC clean if it gets infected.

Virus...NOOOOO!

Then its not a virus, i thought its a little strange that a virus was still going in safe mode. But i dont know what to suggest it could be? Are you using the same pc to connect to the internet, just with a linux partition?
