Windows 10: is my pc too old for roblox?

I recently have been having trouble trying to run Roblox since it's latest update. My computer refuses to run the update or even try to install it and each time I try I just get "Roblox installation requires directx11 feature level 10 or greater" and closes itself. Another error I've gotten is "on July 7, The Roblox application requires DirectX 10 or higher level." I thought I had the right requirements as its been running perfectly fine up until a week ago or so. Marvel Rivals, Strinova, and now Roblox have been doing this to me. the other two games I haven't even gotten to try to play becaus

Unlink an old android phone from my pc

I go thru the suggested steps: Start - Settings - Phone - Unlink this PC.

When I first open the "your phone" screen the old phone is listed. Not sure if the phone listed is suppose to be selectable or not, but my is not. When I select "Unlink this PC" the phone listed is removed. When I select "Add Phone" the old phone still
shows. I have removed the old phone from my Microsoft Account. I have rebooted after unlink this pc but I still cannot remove my old phone.
