Windows 10: Is my RTX 2060 failing or is there some software problem?

At first I had problems with crashes caused by a TRIM time out which was caused by a windows update which I have now fixed, but now I'm having more crash related problems and the minidump file points towards my GPU.It occurs after I close a game, I'll play a fairly high intensive game for a while then after I close it my PC will freeze up, then I'll have to forcefully restart it with a button on my case. I've done all the software fixes I can to try and fix it, with new drivers, clean installation of drivers, even BIOS updates, and it'll be stable for about a week before the same crashes occur
