Windows 10: Is my USB normal

Hi,while deleting some files from my USB I saw the prompt showing that its 0 bytes but in file explorer, it does say the value other than that the USB seems to be working fine but I would like to know if my USB is ok.

Installing windows off of a USB stick

Step By Step from vista:
From admin cmd prompt

1. diskpart
1a. list disk
2. select disk 1 (replace 1 with your usb drive)
3. clean
4. create partition primary
5. select partition 1 (replace 1 with your usb drive)
6. active
7. format fs=fat32
8. assign
9. exit

Copy Windows Vista's DVD ROM content to the Flash Drive

xcopy d:\*.* /s/e/f e:\ (d being your vista cd and e being your usb stick)

And that's it, boot off your usb disk

To run the

follow these steps:

  On the search bar, type
  Troubleshooting
  and hit

  Choose
  Hardware and Sound.
  
• 
  Click on
  Hardware and Devices
  to run the troubleshooter
  

Method 2: Update your drivers.

Method 3:
Run SFC Scan.  

To run an
SFC scan, follow these steps:  

• 
  Run
  Command Prompt as Administrator.  
  
• 
  Type
  sfc /scannow
  and hit
  Enter.   
  

Method 4:
Run DISM Tool.  

To run
DISM Tool, follow these steps:

• 
  Run
  Command Prompt as Administrator.  
  
• 
  Type the following command:  
  
  • 
    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /scanhealth  
    
  • 
    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth  
    

NOTE:
This might take a while to finish scanning.
Do not cancel. 

Method 5: Clean Boot.

To perform a
Clean Boot, click
here.

Note:
Reset the computer back to
Normal Mode
once you are done with the troubleshooting by following the section
"How to reset the computer to start normally after clean boot troubleshooting"
from the same article.

If the issue persists, it is possible that the
device itself has issues. We suggest that you
contact the store
from where you
bought the device.

USB 3.0 pqi pen drive working normally in Windows 7 on USB 2.0 and 3.0 port. But doesn't work on USB 3.0 port in windows 10 or 8.1

  Were you able to install the USB 3.0 drivers for your motherboard/chipset from the manufacturer’s website?
  

Suggest you to completely uninstall the USB driver and reinstall it to check if this helps.

Follow these steps.

• 
  Press “Windows key + X” and click on “Device Manager”.
  
• 
  In the list of devices, you should see the USB device.
  
• 
  Right click on the USB device and then select "Uninstall".
  
• 
  In the uninstall dialog, make sure you select the option to delete the driver package from the system. This causes the driver package installed earlier to be deleted.
  

In the Action menu of Device manager, select “Scan for Hardware changes”
option. This will force the computer to recognize any hardware changes. Once the driver is installed, close all windows and restart the computer.
