Windows 10: Is my version of windows out of date?

Hello, I have been trying to fix the error for the game marvel rivals for a month now. I checked all the factors and all the minimum requirements, but the game still gives an error. I would like to ask if the error is related to the version of Windows, although the version of Windows is 20h2?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
