Windows 10: Is "never combine, hide labels" possible?

I like the minimal appearance of just the icons on my taskbar with no long description on Win10 - the appearance you get when selecting "always combine, hide labels" in the taskbar settings, but I often have multiple windows of one program running and want to streamline how I do things by selecting the window I want to use next by just clicking the icon, instead of the current situation of having to hover over icon to get small preview and then selecting the relevant window.


Essentially, what I'm asking is is there a way to select or create a "never combine, hide labels" setting?

You may try the steps listed below and check if it works:

• Right click a blank area on the taskbar and choose
  Taskbar Settings.
  
• Under Combine Taskbar Buttons, choose
  Always, hide labels.
  
• Exit Settings.

Any particular reason there isn't a "Hide labels, don't combine" option for the taskbar?

Seems kinda weird that this choice is left out. They have other combinations of hide/show label and always/never combine, why'd this get left out?

Can we please have this option of "Never combine Hide labels" for Windows 10 Taskbar.

It is one of the necessary requirements to work without hassles and distraction due to taskbar title resize happening.
