    The detailed situation is as follows.1. A user registed biometric authentication of Windows Hello on PC1 Windows112. Register the PassKey on a WebApp.3. Link the above Passkey on PC2 Windows11 by scaning QR on PC1.4. The user can use PassKey for authentication on PC2, right?5. Delete the account on PC1, which means that delete Windows Hello on PC1...Can user use PassKey on PC2?Also,is it possible that user links the above Passkey on PC3 by scaning QR on PC2?

    Deleting User Accounts

    If you can access the admin account through safe mode then all you have to do to remove the other account passwords is go into User Accounts in the control panel and either delete the accounts or, I'm not sure, remove the account passwords.
