Windows 10: Is 'rbxcsettings.rbx' a Roblox file? Trying to Cleanup After Uninstalling

I uninstalled Roblox via Control Panel, instead of RevoUninstaller, to see how much cleanup it would do by myself. the answer was very littleI deleted the Roblox folders in ProgramData, ProgramFiles x86, and AppData Local; however, there is a file in AppData LocalLow that I am unsure ofit's called "rbxcsettings.rbx", and it's an RBX file. the modified timestamp seems to line up with the last time I updated Roblox, but I'm not sure if this is safe to delete?I never installed any sort of extensions for Roblox, just the launcher; this isn't any sort of system file correct? ROBLOX won't update or uninstall

If i try to uninstall ROBLOX through File Explorer, nothing happens. If i try to uninstall ROBLOX through PC settings, I get the usual We couldn't uninstall Roblox with the error code 0x80073cf1. I am trying to uninstall the Windows Store ROBLOX. I am
running Windows 10 x64. Thats all the info I have.
