Windows 10: Is resource Hacker a virus

Hi' i was wondering if resource hacker was a virus so i scanned it on "https://www.virustotal.com/"and it said that it hada trojan. I searched the trojan name on the internet and most of the websites were saying that it was a malicious executable that takes online banks passwords, so is it a virus ?thank you !

Then make sure you Anti-Virus is up to date. I would also suggest after you scan you change your passwords, however, again... after you scan with MalwareBytes. If none of that works then you need to take your PC to reputable shop and let them clean it
for you.

Hackers will not let you know they are there, that is the whole point of Hacking !!

Do not click on anything that page

Open Task manager and end your browser from the list of processes

Do not phone the support phone number

Do not give them remote access to your PC

Do not give them payment

Run a scan with the free version of Malwarebytes and then restart your PC
