Windows 10: is store down?

Discus and support is store down? in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; its not loading on any of our PCs. Just blank screen. If I try to click a link, such as account it just quits.     Windows 10- Stuck on black screen after trying to rollback to Windows 8.1

    After updating to windows 10 tried to restore to 8.1 ,when I clicked OK restore and save files, windows shut down, quick message your computer is broken, HP 20touchscreen,was working fine, now I have a black screen and a large paper weight. Any help out
    there, or directions to a Apple store.

    Ok, it's back. Problem at MS end I think as I saw other posts on MS answers. Nice of MS to relay and error message during downtime!
