    Is taking screenshots of "Services" dangerous to me and lead to my info being stolen?


    I am asking this guy for help to fix something in my PC and he is asking for a ton a screenshots of the stuff thereIm not much a of tech/Pc guy and i dont understand all these words.Is this a sercurity risk for me or is its safe for part of the time.

  2. Start menu keeps popping out and taking screenshots on its own

    I followed all the steps you suggested. Unfortunately, it didn't work. I am not pressing any key but the start menu still pops up then it take screenshots on its own

  3. STOLEN PHONE

    If your phone is off then it was either shut off or the battery is dead (or possibly in a location where there is no signal).

    If you are sure it was stolen then I suggest the following:

    • contact your provider and disable the SIM/service
    • You can still and should click the ERASE button on the page I posted above just in case someone does find the phone and turns it on. Hopefully you use a PIN code to prevent unauthorized access.
