Windows 10: Is the AMD drivers page blank for anyone else?

Windows 10 video drivers for switchable AMD video cards

One additional update. After disabling and enbling the existing AMD Radeon Series 6300M graphics driver, nothing happened. i rebooted the computer - the computer screen remained blanked. Re-booted it again and got the screen back, but the same error code
43 reappears on the device manager for the AMD Radeon Series 6300M graphics driver. so nothing seems to work here. If anyone can contribute to the solution here, it would be very much appreciated.

no 1600x900 after update Windows 10 Anniversary

okay so, after updating to Windows 10 Anniversary yesterday, it seems that my default res 1600x900 was missing. I'm stuck at 1600x1200. So my simple workaround was simply reinstall AMD driver by:

-uninstall AMD driver

-restart

-install AMD driver

turns out straight after it restarted it was fixed—without me installing it first, so I presume Windows Update did this.

and that's the culprit where this got even worse.

so today when I turn on my PC, it reverts to 1600x1200 again. guess I'll just repeat the steps above, and this is what happens:

-uninstall AMD driver

-few seconds after that my display gone blank, followed by fixed res (1600x900)

-I checked the AMD driver version, listed 8.970.100.1100 published date 29/04/2013

-then few seconds later my display gone blank again, followed by incorrect res (1600x1200)

-I checked the AMD driver version, listed 8.970.100.9001 published date 09/07/2015

and that's going in a loop, where at that point my presumption that Windows Update is the culprit is getting stronger.

out of ideas, I'm searching for any similar issue after updating to Windows 10 Anniversary but no luck. In addition to my research n workaround I create this post so anyone with same issue can share their views n workaround if any.

EDIT so far I have tried all of these workaround, digging through these pages but still no luck
