    Unable to scan using Ricoh Scanner

    Hi,



    Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.



    We understand that you are unable to scan using the Ricoh scanner after Windows 10 Update.
    In order to get clarity and to assist you accordingly, please reply with the answers to the questions below:



    • What is the Version and Build of Windows 10 installed on the PC? (Type
      winver       in Windows search/Run command)
    • What is the make and model of the PCs?
    • What is the model number of the Ricoh scanner?
    • How is the scanner connected to the PCs? (Wired/Wireless)
    • Are the PCs connected to a domain/organization network?
    • What is the KB number of the update installed prior to this issue?

    Meanwhile, we would recommend you to update the Scanner driver. Please refer this article to update the driver:

    You may also would like to install the RICOH Driver Utility
    and that helps.

    fujitsu scanner S1500

    I was told by Fujitsu that I cannot scan now because microsoft's window image acquisition has a problem interfacing with the scanner and wia will not pick up the scanner's software. Fujitsu said the problem is on the computer's side, not the scanner. How
    do I fix this issue? Does Microsoft have an update or patch.

    facing scanner installation problem

    Sir/madam

    After connecting the scanner as i am enter the cd in my laptop follow the steps as the programme said.

    After completing the some steps the programme shows the error.

    I think Windows 10 does not compatible with my scanner software.
