  1. Is the problem in my usb, my motherboard, my PSU or in my peripherals???

So recently I bought a USB webcam which was working for a month or two, but the it started to start turning of and on. After that I sent the camera on service to get it checked out because i thought it was the cameras fault, but a month later began to do the same (it started connecting and disconnecting the sound). I found that it happens more often when I join a call like Microsoft teams and discord or I start using my keyboard.
I have checked off all the power saving for the usb off but it still does this.
I have all my stuff connected to the usbs in the motherboard at the back.
My motherboard is MSI b450 tomahawk max.
my PSU is Be quiet! system power 9 600w 80Plus bronze ATX Powersupply.
oh and btw both my headphones and camera are Like a few months old.

    USB Targetted Peripheral List

I am a design engineer developing a USB peripheral and would like to obtain the USB Targeted Peripheral List (TPL) for some current Nokia phones. This is detailed design information that should be available for the USB interface implemented on Nokia phones.
Does anyone here know how to obatin this information?

I went through the Nokia support helpline who recommended the Nokia Beta Labs site. It doesn't seem that this site is appropriate.

  3. USB problems

checked all of those suggestions an still no luck. They show as being there and enabled but doesnt recognize anything you plug into them. I got a driver checker as well and it lists the drivers as up to date. could this be a bad motherboard?

Using multiple peripherals with a USB hub

    Hi,
I currently have a simple 4-port usb hub but problems begin to occur when using all 4 ports at once with peripherals such as mice/keyboard/xbox controller reciever
I assume this is due to power limitations. If so, and i were to purchase a powered usb hub, what would be a suitable voltage/ampere power adapter for using mainly gaming mice.
e.g. would Anker be okay? any suggestions would be appretiated.
    Thanks.
