Windows 10: Is the sound coming from PC normal?

Bought a new PC during last Christmas, so relatively new, and recently I've started to notice that it would make this whirring noise. I am not sure how it occurs because it will come randomly, and go randomly, or I would restart PC then it would go away. I'm not really sure what is causing it, but I speculate its got to do with the power supply because my friend said it was a weak power supply. Not sure though.

No sound is coming from the theme installed.

Hi Barbara,

The issue could be with the download or that theme may have sound for a second.

Try to download other themes which have sound and check if it works fine.

Also try downloading other panoramic themes which have sound and check.

Original Title: desktop backgrounds

I just downloaded a desktop background from Microsoft. The theme is Panoramic Waves. It's supposed to have sounds to it. I don't hear any sounds. When I first click on the pictures I can hear sounds for about a second. Then nothing. Is there something else
I should be doing in order to get the sounds to work.

Just sounds like your fans, you have them running way too fast.

Start the process of elimination, unplug every fan 1 at a time until the noise stops.

So you guys think its normal? It seems to be fine sometimes, and seeing your comments do you think it might be that I had too many chrome tabs open (like 20+) that caused the cpu or fans to go crazy??? Ps; not really good with computers so dont know what is going on lmao. Thanks!

 

I would say test by using a benchmark tool, like Passmarks Performance Test: PassMark PerformanceTest - PC benchmark software
and do CPU Mark, that will warm up the system, to see if it's fans.
Then try the 2D Mark and 3D Mark to see if it's the graphics card.
