Windows 10: Is the time when people viewed a file and who viewed the file metadata

Im pretty sure you can see when the file was last viewed but can you see who exactly viewed the file and all the times the file was viewed

viewing metadata using File Explorer

I’m interested in viewing the metadata associated with photos including JPG files. During one period File Explorer had just the feature I wanted and I was using it. When you started in a pictures folder including my pictures, you could set the metadata you
wanted to view when using view->details tab and then as you explored the folders under pictures and my pictures folders, the selected metadata would be displayed. Great, however, later versions of File Explorer don’t seem to have this feature.

I would like to have this feature back; does it exist in another app for windows?

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

  Open File Explorer.
  
• 
  Click on View Tab.
  
• 
  Select Detail panel.
  
• 
  Now if you click on any picture or file you will be able to see the information at the top right corner.

Files & Folders View as medium or large Icons

To assist you better, we would suggest that you try to follow the steps below:

• Open File Explorer.
• Once you are viewing a folder, right click an empty space within the File Explorer window and select View from the dialogue menu, then choose Large or any icon you wanted to use. Alternatively, you can use the following shortcut keys on the keyboard to
  change your View settings:

• CTRL + SHIFT + 1 Extra Large
• CTRL + SHIFT + 2 Large icons
• CTRL + SHIFT + 3 Medium Icons
• CTRL + SHIFT + 4 Small Icons
• CTRL + SHIFT + 5 List
• CTRL + SHIFT + 6 Details
• CTRL + SHIFT + 7 Tiles
• CTRL + SHIFT + 8 Content

3. Once you have the view set, you can make it the default view for

every folder.

4. Click Apply, then click OK.
