Windows 10: Is the Windows PC game Hue broken?

I keep getting the error code 0x8015DC12. I have tried resetting my computer, I have tried updating my computer, and I have tried waiting a few minutes and even a day, yet I continue to get the error code. I had no problem playing the game on my Xbox Series S. Is there any advice you can give more, or is the game no longer usable on PC.

In addition to allowing for different LED counts and unique accessories, the feature lets builders mix-and-match different components on a single channel, making installation easier and allowing lighting modes to be synchronized across channels.
