Windows 10: Is the Windows product key still the same after reinstallation

I got a virus while installing software on a newly bought refurbished computer running Windows 11. The virus prevents me from accessing anything as the screen is flashing constantly and I can click on nothing. I ran various usb rescue disks Trend Micro, Kaspersky but none of them were successful in identifying any virus. So my next option is to clean reinstall Windows 11 from a usb, however, I do not know the product key and obviously can't access it now.My question is if I choose the option 'I don't have a key' and 'Do this later', and reinstall Windows 11 can I actually fi

Reinstall Windows 10 with OEM product key

When you upgraded from a previous version of Windows or receive a new computer preinstalled with Windows 10, what happened is the hardware (your PC) will get a digital entitlement, where a unique signature of the computer will be stored on Microsoft
Activation Servers. The Windows 7 or Windows 8 genuine license you were previously running will be exchanged for a diagnostics key.

Anytime you need to reinstall Windows 10 on that machine, just proceed to reinstall Windows 10. It will automatically reactivate.
You will prompted to enter a product key a couple times through the installation, click I don't have a key and Do this later.

There is no need to know or get a new key, but if you have issues with Digital Licensing or the Activation Troubleshooter, you can utilize an existing Windows 7 or Windows 8/8.1 product key
you already ownto reactivate if necessary. or use the reset function in Windows 10.

Since the laptop has no battery compartment wherein the product key is usually located, we recommend that you follow these steps to find your Windows product key:

• Press Windows + X and select Command Prompt (Admin).
• Enter this command: wmic path SoftwareLicensingService get OA3xOriginalProductKey
  and hit Enter.

Product Key for reinstalling windows

in this situation but you will have is a digital product key or product license attached to the motherboard of the computer. There is no traditional product key to be had in the situation. When reinstalling Windows 10 you will see on the screen that asks you
to enter the activation key that you have the option to skip that step. Go ahead and skip that step, after set up as long as there is an active internet connection the Windows activation servers will read the digital activation license from the motherboard
of the computer and activate for you.

The only situation where this would not apply is if you have changed or upgraded the motherboard in your computer
